But changing lifestyle is one of the effective ways to prevent heart attacks. Follow these 5 tips to set up a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and timely) goal for implementing it into your daily routine.

When you do excise all alone, you usually try to avoid the regular exercise by creating excuses about the weather, tiredness, and many more. But when there is someone who is willing to exercise with you to get better then it becomes easier for you to achieve your goals. If anyone of you will not work out then the other would forcefully convince to do the exercise.

Set Up a Remainder

Schedule your activities in your workday and set up a reminder to remind you to do a healthy activity. It can be an alarm that will remind you to do a walk or stretching. Setting up an alarm can help you to do work accurately without skipping even one day. Once it becomes your habit then it can result in gaining a healthy heart.

Make plans

Write down one thing that you will do in the next week to improve your heart health. Those could be things like making meals during the week or decreasing the quantity of soda that you drink in a day. Make sure to achieve the goal that you have decided and once you are done. Eat healthily

Use stairs instead of elevators

There are a good set of stairs near every elevator. No matter how much time gets wasted but if you will regularly climb on the stairs, your muscles will get more strength and you will gain a healthier heart. Moreover, it is the best way to do exercise regularly.
